This gated development of apartments overlooks the beautiful Fishcombe Cove. Sandpiper 3 is a ground floor apartment, sitting on the front row. For walkers, you couldn't get closer to The Southwest Coastal Path, including scenic local 11-mile routes from Brixham to Dartmouth in one direction, and Brixham to Babbacombe in the other.

Location couldn’t be better. Fishcombe Cove unchanged since 1950s, gorgeous and let’s hope it stays that way. Apartment, pool and area very clean - can’t really comment on Value For Money because haven’t compared but we’ve booked again for next year. Thanks Tracey

Apartment is in a lovely peaceful location with sea view and easy walk into Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped.

It was most relaxing to sit and look out over the amazing views over Torbay from the comfortable living area.The grounds are well tended and there were pretty wild flowers and grasses. The property was well equipped with a good walk in shower. It was a perfect place for two, perhaps a little tight for two couples. It took a little while to get used to the various codes for gates but it does mean the grounds are not open to the public making it a peaceful place for our visit. The walk to Brixham is15 minutes and there are many lovely places to explore nearby.

Nice position good views but place tired and in need of some TLC IE broken patio furniture, internal floor near patio needs attention, rusty close drier, poor reception on tv also could do with additional chanels. The lady that we had dealings with Carrie, was very helpful and attentive.

Lovely place in a great spot with wonderful views. Very comfortable, especially the bed. My only suggestion would be to have a larger TV and an induction hob. That said we would happily go back again.

Both patio doors need to be looked at, lounge door very hard to close and lock. Bedroom patio door also very stiff to slide. Due to this problem we felt unable to have lounge patio door open while sitting in lounge. Double bedroom door unable to close as hits the bed!!

The apartment is in such a great location and has wonderful views across Torbay, it's a very relaxing place to stay. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. When we arrived there was a welcome basket of tea, coffee and biscuits, a very nice touch. At the end of our stay we didn't want to leave.
