We started our trip in kanab and it was the perfect town to start in. The house was clean, had what we needed and was close to everything. We did sand caves, dinosour tracks, horse excursion through east zion. We even last minute drove to the north rim grand canyon. Definitely would recommend this place. Hosts were very responsive also.

The house was beautiful and so tastefully decorated, just as pictured. Everything was sparkling clean. It is located perfectly within walking distance of town but off the main street far enough to be quiet. We enjoyed the use of both porches on our short overnight stop, and loved the big trees in the yard. We only used the master bedroom but that bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to pull our vehicle right into the carport. We just loved the place and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great house, great location, excellent instructions for finding and using the property. This would make a perfect base camp for an extended stay while discovering Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. Highly recommended.
