Brand NEW Construction! HEATED Saltwater Pool and Spa! Welcome to Paradise Palms! Get the feel of a 5 Star, luxury hotel but in the comfort of this large, private home with an open floor plan and incredible Heated saltwater pool with spa and sun deck! One of the BEST locations in SW Cape Coral, this home is located in a quiet, upscale, safe neighborhood, close to all the attractions such as Cape Harbour (1 mile), Tarpon Point (4 miles), and Yacht Club Beach (5 miles) just to name a few!
This extravagant home is equipped with an amazing outdoor kitchen, perfect for grilling while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather, and saltwater pool and spa! The pool area does have a pool safety fence to keep your little ones safe. This can be removed if preferred, please inquire at booking. The back yard is also completely fenced in so your little ones can play while keeping them safe!
This piece of paradise has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Each bathroom has an extra large shower, and a very large double vanity. The Primary bathroom also has a soaking tub. The other Full bathroom has access out to the pool. All closets in this home are HUGE and professionally built out with custom shelving. A very nice, Full-Size air mattress is available, sleeps 2 people, and comfortably fits in the Primary Bedroom or Living Room.
On the residence is 2 coconut trees, 2 avocado trees, a lime tree, and a lemon tree. While they are still young, if you see a fruit, feel free to gently take it off the tree.
There are some complimentary waters already chilled in the fridge, along with complimentary k-cups for the Keurig. This is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family and friends! Every detail was taken into account to create an atmosphere where you can enjoy your vacation and feel at home!

The number of guests in the house cannot exceed the number of guests in your reservation confirmation without prior approval. If more occupants are found at the property at any time, all guests will be removed from the property without a refund.
-Early check in is available for $50/hour for every hour before 4pm.
-Must be 30 years old to book, Photo ID may be required upon check in.

Kitchen utensils definitely need some upgrading a lot are rusty and older. It looks like a lot of dirt from being sweeped and mop was just left in the corners

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. He let us stay past check out time since another guest wasn’t coming in. He also changed the pool and hot tub temperatures to our desires. The trash was also full, and he had someone come empty it so we had room for our trash. The beds were comfortable! The pool area that attached to the main living space with a large sliding door was very nice! It would have been nice to have some more dishes since we had 10 guests and there weren’t enough of each serving pieces for each person. It would have also been nice to have a TV in the outdoor space for watching The Masters.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was very family- and kid-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The outdoor eating space was perfect for family meals, and we had a great time grilling food, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but Mason was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to get it resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Loved the home and nice, quiet location. Pool/spa is fabulous and lots of pool floaties to use. Only suggestions would be to supply more than one kitchen hand towel, a box of tissues in the bathroom, and more toilet paper available. Our family of 8 was very comfortable in the home and had a great stay.
