Had an awesome experience at this stay and owner was very good with communication and walking us in the check-in process. Location is A and loved the unit. Very spacious living room with space to host a dinner party if you want to! Definitely coming back soon and hopefully this unit is available. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this unit. Everything is walking distance and breakfast at Granier is best!

The condo was great! Spacious, clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the convenient location, close to many great restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. We rented the golf cart and it was great for trips to the beach. We will be back!

The condo was very large and clean, and served as a great home base for all that Cap Cana has to offer. You can’t get any closer to the Cap Cana restaurants and amenities—they are literally at steps away! We had a rental car and used the parking garage, which was very convenient and easy to access.
Communication with the host was great. She provided a lot of information about the condo, the area, and thorough check-in instructions.
There is no beach nearby. You’ll need to drive to Juanillo or the beach club. But if you have a car, it’s an easy drive. There are two pools available to guests and both were practically empty while we were there. We spent some time in the pool just outside the condo and it was lovely.
If we were to return to Cap Cana, we would definitely book this condo again.

The property and community are excellent but if you don’t have a car it’s not for you. If you like the silence and tranquility it’s good but if you want adventure and action then it’s not for you. It’s very expensive there. Buy food is a rest
