Set sail for relaxation and adventure, at Jolly Rogers Hideout! Whether you're unwinding by the private pool enjoying a homemade margarita or cruising down to the beach in the included (Short-term stays only) golf cart, there's no shortage of amenities to enjoy here at this stunning 5-bedroom home. The driveway and covered carport has enough space to park 4 vehicles. There is even a built-in Tesla charging station located under the carport so you and your car can recharge! Through the front door and up the stairs, you are welcomed to a spacious kitchen equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cookware, a Kitchen Aide mixer with numerous attachments, a separate island with seating for five, and a dining area and table with bench seating. Just off to the side is the living room, decorated to the nines and with enough space for gathering family and friends to relax and watch TV. Extra dishes and plate ware are located in the dresser under the TV. From there, either walk out onto the first beautifully furnished balcony with seating for 8 or head to one of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has an adjustable Queen bed and a Twin Twin Bunk. The second bedroom has 2 sets of built-in Twin Over Twin Bunks. Both rooms have Smart TVs. A full bathroom is present on this floor as well and offers a tub/shower combo. Head up the stairs to the top level to reach the incredible living/entertaining room. Watch out for the Kraken on the way up! Complete with a Margarita Maker, Nespresso Machine, Beverage/Wine Cooler, Mini-Bar, and huge flat-screen smart TV, there are endless ways to relax and have fun. Two more bedrooms are on this floor. The first offers an adjustable king-size bed and a Smart TV. The second has another king-size bed and a Smart TV. There are two more full-size bathrooms on this level, both with walk-in showers. Step out onto the final and top-floor balcony and enjoy glimpses of the Gulf while enjoying a coffee in the morning or a homemade margarita at night. All balconies are connected and give access directly to the private pool and hot tub. All TVs have cable via the Spectrum App. Adjustable bed remotes are located in cubbies next to the bed. Please place it back when not in use!
Finally, we step out of the house and head down to the ground level. Out here, you will find a full-size washer and dryer, located just under the carport, a built-in gas grill, a cooking area with a half-sink, and a stunning outdoor living area. The backyard is complete with a private pool and hot tub, high-end furnishings and loungers, and plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. The separate apartment is steps from the pool and has an adjustable Queen-size bed and full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Three families, kids ranging from 3-8. We bounced between beach and pool (beach is a very short walk) and had plenty of cozy places to unwind for quiet time when necessary. House is beautifully decorated and in great shape, lots of “extras” like books for kids, bidets, exceptional kitchen equipment and comfortable beds and furniture. Very pleased with this rental and hope to stay again!

PropertyThe house feels brand new, barely used or slept in. Our family has stayed in many rental homes and I can say, by far and away, this home was the most beautifully equipped home we have ever stayed in. Every appliance, all furniture, electrical plugs, tables, chairs, board games, refrigerators, wine cooler, coffee makers (there were at least 3 different ones; maybe 4), spices in the kitchen pantry, beach toys, rafts/floaties for the pool, etc. were all brand new, very high-end brands, and all worked perfectly and seemed barely used. We have checked into homes with bare cupboards, no plates, no glasses, and certainly no cooking utensils or pots/pans, etc. The kitchen in this home is truly a chef’s dream. The oven, stove, and microwave are nicer and newer than what any of us had at home. There were multiples of everything and all very nice brands and seemingly brand new. The pots and pans were amazing and tons of them. The plates and silverware were very plentiful and the highest quality. Every kitchen gadget you could think of or ever need is already there, and usually two or three slightly different variations and all brand new and top-of-the-line brands. We cooked breakfast, prepared lunch, and cooked dinner for our large group every day and we always had exactly what we needed to make the meals excellent and serve them to our entire group for every meal. We cannot say enough how impressed we are with this home and the degree that this owner or property man

We are a blended family with four kids a piece ranging from 11-23. We had a total of 12 people come to our Port A Christmas. The stay perfectly accommodated all of our needs. Its location is as convenient from town, and the added golf cart made for nice rides on the beach and the island. Only suggestion is the oven. Maybe too advanced for us, but it kept turning off on its own. The place had everything you could ask for. No detail was missed.
