Sea the View has 270 degree views of the beach, ocean, waterways, and bay. The unobstructed ocean view is beautiful! The 3-story home contains over 3000 sq. feet, has 6 bedroom, 6 baths, 2 large wrap around decks, 1 sun deck, and 1 large covered patio. Each floor may be rented separately or in combination. Each floor has an ocean view. Formerly VRBO listing 412318.
The 3-story home contains over 3500 sq. feet. The third floor has 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub), a wet bar area with full-sized refrigerator, dining area, living area, and incredible views from its covered deck and its sun deck.
Additionally, each kitchen and 3rd floor wet bar, is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and silverware. High speed WI-FI internet is available throughout. Laundry is available. Sterilized Pack N’ Play, Portable high chair, and stroller are available upon request.
The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom, 3 baths, a full kitchen with a seated island, dining area, living area, and spectacular views from the large wrap-around covered deck.
The first floor guest suite has 1 queen bedroom with flat screen TV with a Roku player, 1 bath with granite counter tops, ADA compliant shower, living area with flat screen TV, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a built-in banquette. The living area has a desk space that can be used as a remote working space or the desk folds down into another queen sized Murphy Bed if additional beds are needed. A large covered patio with ocean views is accessible from the suite. The living areas and all bedrooms have smart flat screen TVs.
The beach is a short 2 minute walk on the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include heated pool, large hot tub, and a park area. You are in town, so you can drive by golf cart. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only.

House was amazing! Very clean and well stocked with cookware and supplies. Fit our family nicely. We will definitely stay again !! Host communicated very well and updated regularly. Thanks again !!

The beach house was so pretty and the walk to the beach was close . Our family all got together to celebrate the return of our grandson home from the Navy after a year.There was ample amount of space for all. On surface everything seemed nice. Upon nightfall we could not find the blankets for everyone , therefore one used towels . There was a small fake fingernail like a child’s within the bedsheets in one room. The other bedroom had a spot on the sheet so we had to put something on top of it not knowing what it was. The air mattresses would not hold air.When going to use the dryer it would not work first for my husband and a different time for my dil trying to wash the kids clothes. In middle of night they still were wet. We made a report about it and my dil told the pool man thinking maybe he could help with maintenance or report it and he suggested she go to a washateria. The day we were leaving a man came and worked on dryer but it was a little late then. I made a report to the property mgr of all . I guess she was worried about me asking for a credit bc she got so defensive. In all my years of working I have learned the customer is always right. My point in letting her know was so she could let her staff know so no one else would have to go thru some hard night with kids and all. The property mgr denied it all & sent a picture to us saying there was blood on the sheets and that alone would start in the hundreds to replace. It was ice coffee not blood.
