The Salty Peach, formerly known Sandy Bottoms, has been renamed and offers a fresh new look and feel from sunrise to sunset. You will love all of the extra amenities, new decor, added comforts and still has the same great location, spacious outdoor living, huge private pool, a porch swing and dining space for 10 people. Only a few blocks to the beach, with easy access to everything in Port A. Time to relax in beautiful Port A at the Salty Peach. No Smoking. No Pets. COPASTR: 528-982
Welcome to the Salty Peach! This island home was formerly Sandy Bottoms and was a hit with guests! New owners brought a fresh and updated look and feel with decor and added amenities with all of the comforts and convenience of home!
The Salty Peach has plenty of parking with 4-5 (depending on vehicle size) spots and room for a golf cart. It's 4-5 blocks to the beach and about a mile to restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Easy to cart around the island!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
You'll be pulled into the back yard as it's one of the large yards in Port A and has one of the largest pools in Port A - much bigger than a cocktail pool. The whole family will be able to enjoy the pool together! Lounge by the pool, grill or, enjoy dining at one of the picnic benches - it's a true outdoor experience at the Salty Peach.
Heading upstairs, your top deck will offer you a porch swing that you could sleep on - super comfy and beautiful! Take in the sunrises with morning coffee and a throw blanket!
Walk into to a spacious living, dining and kitchen - open floor plan. This is where everyone will gather to make plans or after a fun day at the beach or telling all of your fishing stories. For those who love to cook, this kitchen is well stocked! Dine at the bar or at the large dining table and seating!
Shuffleboard anyone?! For those who like to stay busy and competitive, shuffleboard is right there! Enjoy a game in between cooking, eating or napping in the living area.
Walk down the hallway (where you'll find the full-size washer & dryer for guest use), to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Pool was fantastic. Large and well maintained. We had a light bulb out under the outdoor area and they came out very quickly to replace it. Loved our stay and will return.

Love that the property was so clean and smelled clean !!The only thing I would change is maybe get a new mattress in the king bed soon. It sinks in the middle on both sides.

We enjoyed our stay at Salty Peach. The house was comfortable and clean. We really liked the porch swing. We did experience several maintenance issues during our stay. The management was very quick to respond to these issues and all but one issue was resolved during our stay. But overall, a good stay.

We’ve stayed at alot of places in Port A over the years and this house is our new favorite. Private pool was amazing with a great outdoor hang out area with sofa/TV. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. Would stay again!
