About this house rental
The Purple Parrot is a must for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beaches on Mustang Island or you have the option of staying at the unit and enjoying the private pool. Located walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. Or rent a golf cart to get places faster. We are located in the golf cart zone which makes for a fun stay.
This home has room underneath for parking and playing games, a fully stocked kitchen with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The living room and each bedroom features their own TV to enjoy some quiet time after your eventful day!

My wife and I loved the house, the location, and the entire town. Check in was very easy and communication was quick and to the point. We are already planning a longer trip for next winter and would love to stay again. Thanks again to our host for having a clean and well furnished house . Thanks Tom & Betty H

We had issues with ants our entire stay which was 5 nights. Heather was great and reimbursed us for ant traps and food we lost. We had to put everything we had in storage bags or keep on dining room table. The beds were not comfortable at all. Guest bathroom tub drained very slowly so you stood in water. If you have pets watch out for cockleburs. We had to pull so many out of our dogs paws and our fingers. Other than ants, it was clean and spacious. The heated pool was nice and outside patio, which is why it was so much I guess. Just not a great experience because of ants and beds were just too hard.
