Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and a tile/pebble stand-alone shower. Up the stairs to the third level are two (BR2 & BR3) bedrooms containing Queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, comprised of vanity and stand-alone showers. There is also a sitting area for reading a book. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Walk over to the shared pool heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

In the off-season, between December thru the end of Spring Break, the Pool is ONLY heated on the weekends, with the exception of the weeks of Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Guests have parking spaces for 3 vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Three couples met up to celebrate our August Bday guys with drinking, swimming and beach time New spot, The Sip Yard (island version of Little Woodrow’s 😜) was really nice and you can’t go wrong with old favorites like Rag’in Cajun, Stingray’s and Kody’s: always a hit. Having the golf cart a part of the rental was really convenient The pool directly in front of the condo was awesome You need to consider ages of your party because there are two sets of stairs to access the main floor and bedrooms upstairs The rooftop deck was another added bonus Would have taken more of an opportunity to use but the furniture is rusted out and chairs were not usable Overall, everyone had a great time!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, and pool was perfect for the kids to swim. The golf cart was a great bonus and made it easy to get around town. Our only complaint would be that one of the beds was really firm and not comfortable to sleep on, but otherwise it really was a great place to stay.
