This cosy 75 sq. m. flat is located on the 4th floor of a residence with no lift. Recently renovated, it comprises :
- a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains,
- a comfortable living room with fireplace,
- a fully-equipped closed kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm),
- an en-suite bathroom with shower,
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
- a mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds,
- a bathroom with shower, separate WC,
- TV and WiFi, stereo system, games and books,
- washing machine and tumble dryer, hairdryer, hoover,
- ski locker.
You will have access to the building's private car park.

## Neighborhood
Located just a few minutes' walk from the Rochebrune gondola lift and a dozen or so from Megève town centre, you will be in the best location to take advantage of the resort's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski and equipment hire, are within easy walking distance, or you can take advantage of the free shuttle service. There are plenty of dining options in the resort, such as Le Vieux Trappeur. Megève offers a wide range of activities, including a swimming pool, spa and ice rink. In summer, discover the resort from a different angle by hiking to Le Jaillet, up to the Croix de Salles, discover 4S tobogganing or the Mont d'Arbois golf course.

Lovely apartment for those that don’t mind a short walk into Megeve town centre given that this property is in Rochebrune (10-12 mins away). Good for Rochebrune lift access though & local ski hire.
Good check in process and whatsapped the housekeeper directly on arrival times when instructed by Welkeys however was disappointed on the check out as no reply was followed up on whether we could extend our check out time. I know the housekeeper struggled with English so this is a note for future bookings and also Welkeys should be more accomodating over specific requests if the client doesn’t speak French themselves.
Was disappointed as there was no wifi during our stay. Welkeys had flagged this up in advance of our stay (back in Jan) but seemed strange this was not resolved by March without great explanation.
