About this chalet rental
Chalet located in ROCHEBRUNE 650 m from the ski lift, very easily accessible on foot, there is also a free shuttle to the ski lifts 120 m from the chalet if you prefer not to walk.
Our chalet of 160 m2 has 3 private uncovered parking spaces, it is on 2 levels on a green plot of 1200M2 very pleasant in summer, it was renovated in 2021, it is one of the first chalets in Megève with lots charming, classified as a Megève heritage site as a remarkable construction. It is composed of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, and 5 toilets.
The chalet has a double living room with a wood burning stove, a large dining room open to the kitchen and a ski room with sauna and shoe and ski rack. it is equipped with central heating.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 80 x 200 beds that can be combined into a double bed (one of these 2 bedrooms is located at the rear of the ski room)
3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed: 2 in 160 x 200 and 1 in 140 x200
1 bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (80 x 200) + a small child’s bed (70 x 120)
The soul and space of this 1930s chalet will allow you to spend a sporting or relaxing holiday depending on your aspirations,
If necessary, it is possible to rent an annex apartment equipped with 2 single beds and a sofa bed.

We stayed with 11 persons; three generations. That makes this house, because of the separate living/dining rooms, an ideal place to be. You may say: the house fits us as a "tailor made suit/robe". We liked that the place is a private house, so the interior is not anonymous!If you like to experience some history in the development of a house and its history, you will prefer this home.The walking distance to the ski area is satisfying; the bakery and the grocery is about 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay very much.
