• Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

The apartment/condo was spacious and very clean. Ray was very attentive and answered my questions immediately. It's in a great location, especially if you're into late night bar hopping.

The location couldn't have been better! With so many memories of having to walk up the hill after a night at the bars, it was great to be within a couple hundred feet of the apartment when it was time to call it a night. All the rooms had plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was perfect. Our host did a great job of responding when we had trouble accessing the building (our fault for not realizing additional information had been sent to us the morning of our arrival), and he kept in touch all weekend to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and bars.
I was a bit nervous about booking as this was a new unit, but everything worked out great and I can't wait to start planning some return trips to Morgantown!
