Overall it was a good experience. Since we stayed for two months, we missed a few basic kitchen tools so we went out and bought them ... and left them there.
A week before we left, we received a strong knock on the front door. The guy asked for the owner and said that he had papers in hand to begin foreclosure. He said that he hoped that we weren't long term renters. I told him we were leaving the next week. So ... a warning.

We had a great time snowbirding in this area. The house was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Close to many stores and a short drive to the beach. You won’t be disappointed in this house.

This home does not disappoint. Its' location is central to the area's attractions and beaches. A lovely setting in a quiet& safe neighborhood of respectful folks. The house has an open design filled with light and tastefully decorated. The well-appointed spaces both inside&out are welcoming for any size group.

House is in a nice quiet neighborhood and looks as described on the website. Is close to many restaurants and shopping and the beach is a 15 minute drive. We had an issue with the electrical outlets in the master bathroom not working and contacted the owner the day after arrival. Talked to Al several times and the issue was never fixed during our month in the house.
