For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.
MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of vehicles allowed for this property is 4. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

House was more dated than we were expecting but comfortable. King downstairs would make it even better. Drain in downstairs bathroom is slow FYI.
I can't praise Susan enough for how helpful she was from start to finish on this rental. You are lucky to have someone do dedicated and great at her job!

We had a month long stay at Par Fore the Course! It felt like home- comfortable living space, well stocked kitchen and lots of room in common areas. Nice view of golf course and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The rental office was great with ensuring we had all we needed (Shout out to Shay!).

Location of the house was desirable, but the house itself needs refreshing. Of special note is lack of quality cookware, no instructions on how to use the heating units when it was 50 degrees, serious lack of hot water, and no access to the garage to charge a golf cart. We made three calls to the maintenance staff; their response was wonderful and so helpful.
