Escape to a peaceful Sardinian country house surrounded by rolling mountains, just minutes from the sea and the charming small town of Teulada. Enjoy total tranquility, breathtaking landscapes, and crystal-clear skies free from light pollution—perfect for stargazing. Ideal for nature lovers seeking privacy, beauty, and authentic Sardinian charm. The house is about 70 square meters. Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen and lounge, a bathroom, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a downstairs bedroom with two singles that can be made into a double. At the front, a shaded veranda patio with seating provides the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquil countryside. At the back of the house, another veranda provides cover for an outside seating area surrounded by Mediterranean plants. The old garage has been converted to a fully equipped Laundry & Utility Room. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this space makes washing, drying, and ironing an easy part of your routine.

We loved this house. Comfortable bed, dark shutters, good pillows, great wifi, excellent kitchen (sharp knives, well stocked larder, excellent wine glasses and good coffee making), atmospheric wooden beams and furnishings, fabulous outside spaces to rest and relax. Private, tucked-away, but close enough to town, beaches, great walking, for exploring the region. We absolutely loved it. Paola was so responsive, professional but friendly. Always there to help. And we arrived to a fridge full of wine, fruit and other goodies. Grazie mille, Paola. See you next time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house!
It is on a little hill with a beautiful view. There are tables and chairs on both sides of the house so you can sit outside at any time of the day and still have shadow.
There are some cats around the house that mind their own Business, so its not annoying at all.
The beach is 10 mins from there (Tramatzu, parking 7€/day, chairs and umbrella at the beach start from 25€/day).
Paola was a realy nice host and we could contact her no matter what... Thank you very much!

The house is very well provided, comfortable and attractive with covered outdoor areas front and back for dining or just relaxing. The countryside is beautiful and close to good beaches.
I would recommend it to anyone who likes walking, exploring, swimming. There isn't a whole lot in the area for children or teenagers, but it would be a lovely place to share with some friends.
