Apartment with a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, partition with bunk bed, terrace with awning, barbecue, table with chairs, we are located in the suburbs a few minutes from the town center in a very quiet place where you can enjoy relaxation and the smells of nature, a few km from the beautiful beaches
of portu tramatzu, tuerredda, the white dunes of teulada is porto pino, and the beaches of chia. We are located 13 km from the caves
is zuddas, we are close to the tennis courts and the athletic track where there is also a playground for children. Around
there are fapis pizza restaurant and half moon restaurant. Also recommended for young copies.

Appartamento curato, dotato di ogni confort, proprietari eccezionali che non ti fanno mancare niente. Teulada è un paese vivo che offre ogni sera (era agosto) intrattenimenti per i turisti e per i propri abitanti e una discreta scelta di locali a KM 0, per la cena e i dopo cena. La gente del posto è molto ospitale e nei dintorni si trovano spiaggie incantevoli. Paolo e Pepi sono padroni di casa che ti fanno sentire a casa!

La descrizione dell appartamento corrisponde a quanto riportato sul sito. Pulito e accessoriato con tutto il necessario. Camere e bagno grandi. Aria condizionata e zanzariere perfette x le serate particolarmente calde . Terrazzino fantastico,spazioso. I proprietari sono molto simpatici. Accoglienti ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L appartamento è stato perfetto anche x i bambini. Avevano molto spazio per giocare. La casa non e distante dal centro paese,3 minuti in macchina,dove e possibile trovare negozi,bar,diversi ristoranti. La spiaggia più vicina dista 10 minuti. A mio avviso è anche la più bella. Noi cercavamo un posto tranquillo,con poca gente. Abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che cercavamo. Assolutamente da consigliare speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Siamo appena rientrati dalla nostra splendida vacanza in Sardegna. Casa pulitissima, accogliente funzionale e attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per cinque persone. La sensazione è di stare a casa propria. Calorosa l'accoglienza dei proprietari Paolo e Pepi che con la loro allegria, disponibilità e attenzioni hanno reso ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza. Nota speciale per la bellissima e grande terrazza con caminetto per la griglia dove mangiare e passare serate in compagnia di grilli e stelle. Perfetta la posizione per visitare le calette della costa sud ancora intatta. Assolutamente consigliato speriamo di tornarci presto. Un grazie di cuore a Paolo e Pepi una coppia davvero speciale.

Wer eine Ferienwohnung abseits vom Massentourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage und doch sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, ebenso das gesamte Grundstück. Um die wunderschönen Strände zu erreichen, ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Lai in Worte zu fassen, ist fast nicht möglich. Wir haben selten Vermieter erlebt, die so freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit sind. Janet, Pepi und Paolo - DANKE für die wunderschönen 3 Wochen bei euch, die wir in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten werden!
