About this house rental
Come appreciate our home that is full of amenities and only 1.5 miles from Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester!
This house is completely updated with modern appliances and beautiful spaces to enjoy both inside and outdoors. Two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full room office, family room attached to kitchen, dining room open to living room, 2 patios, and free washer/dryer in utility room.
This home allows dogs only. no other pets are allowed.
The Space
You will enter the home from the door just off the driveway where you will have one off-street parking spot with plenty of additional on-street free parking space. You enter into the family room where there is a 55 inch 4k Roku Smart television so you can login to your favorite streaming apps. There is also a nice sound system.
Two small steps take you up to the kitchen with all new stainless appliances that over looks the family room. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a table that seats four and that area is open to the living room with wonderful outdoor views. Off the living room is a hallway that leads to the 2 queen bedrooms with wonderful memory foam mattresses, a full room office, and a full bathroom.
The finished basement has a washer, dryer and bonus bathroom.
There is a large concrete patio with a firepit, outdoor dining table for four, and a gas grill. There is an additional smaller patio that is covered with a table and chairs.
Guest Access
guests have access to the entire upstairs of the house. The outdoor space can be enjoyed in all seasons depending on your appreciation for thr weather.
The two stall detached garage is not available to guests and is used by a neighbor. For this reason guests must park on the side of the driveway nearest to the house and in front of the number 1002 on the garage door.

We were in Rochester for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. This house is very close to the Mayo campus and especially the West garage allowing you to avoid a lot of closed roads, detours and confusion with all the current construction. The house was very nice....plenty of space, clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable with a TV in each bedroom. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Cozy, warm house and nice neighborhood. Bathrooms were a challenge for mobility limited family as upstairs did not have full shower and 2nd bath in basement. Both with tubs. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property as part of our 25-day stay on the Mayo campus, it was so incredibly comfortable, great proximity to the clinic, nice neighborhood, and had everything we needed to feel right at home for a long stay. We will definitely stay here again.
