We loved staying at the Gwen! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We really appreciate the panoramic views out the windows in the cozy living room. The king beds were awesome and it’s so nice to be able to bring our pup!

Spacious, great back yard for our large dog, plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies, cutlery, towels, linens, brand new gas grill, very nice washer and dryer, small tv's in each bedroom and a large tv in living area. The steps were a bit much up to the house, then up to the apt and down to the laundry, but it would not stop us from staying here again! Abundant natural light from plentiful windows. This made it difficult to watch the large TV in the living area because of the glare. Becca is a great hostess and we seek out her properties for availabilities while in Rochester.

This was our second time staying at this charming property and it will always be our first choice when going to Rochester. We loved all the windows to give a very warm feel to the home.

We absolutely loved the charming look of the interior of this property and the floor plan is ideal. The two bedrooms are very spacious. We want to stay here every time we come to Rochester.
