About this apartment rental
Casa Marama is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Marama you will enjoy a charming view over the Bay of Naples, of Mount Vesuvius, of Marina Grande and of the sea. Casa Marama is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 20 meters (approximately 65 feet).
Casa Marama is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 40 stairway steps. Because of its convenient and central location, at times some music from restaurants and bars can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Marama. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view over the Bay of Naples, of Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the street below and of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter two balconies with a view of the street below and of the sea through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the street below and of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The bathroom has no windows. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen climbing five steps.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window with a view of the sea. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

We loved this central location, right on the Marina Grande. We loved was access to Sorrento by foot and the beautiful scenery. Our host Giuseppe was fantastic and helped with all our daily transfers. This was a perfect location, for a perfect Vacation.

My family adored Casa Marama. It was our favorite apartment of the three we stayed in during our 10 day trip to Italy. The host, Giuseppe, was very accommodating and met us at the apartment even though our flight and transfer had been delayed.
The three balconies looked right down onto Marina Grande, and my daughter went swimming the night we arrived at midnight! I could see her clearly from the balcony. The apartment's setup was perfect for a family of four - my teenagers each had their own bed, and with two bathrooms there was always one available. The host very helpfully provided the necessary paper and linen products, with additionally some breakfast items and water in the refrigerator. We took advantage of the open balcony doors the first night, but realized that there really isn't a time when it ever gets quiet between the late revelers and early fishermen. So the subsequent nights we closed the doors and slept very well. But we don't regret the fresh air and sounds of the sea of the first night, even with a little disturbed sleep!
Checkout was easy, Giuseppe had great communication with us and the tasks needed to take care of the apartment were very well explained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend everyone else to do so as well!
No improvements are necessary, the property is perfect!
I was glad to find a recommendation to Summer in Italy. After several friends had other rental accommodations fall through during Europe trips, I knew I wanted to rent through a company where I could have advance communication with the staff, and have recourse to a real person if anything went wrong. Summer In Italy have been absolutely perfect with communication, and each of the three hosts at the three apartments were also impeccable. The information about each apartment that was provided proved to be everything we needed, and we did not need to reach out for assistance during our trip, but the knowledge that we could helped us feel secure. I would absolutely use Summer in Italy for any future travel and will recommend their services to my network of friends and colleagues.

Loved this location and view. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
Just steps away from beach club and restaurants. It’s not as busy in marina so less crowds. The main piazza is only a short 10-15 min walk

Great location with less crowds. We stayed here for a week with our family and loved it. Clean and spacious. A lot of great restaurants just steps away and on the water. The views are beautiful. The piazza with more restaurants and shops only about a ten minute walk.
