Cooking is a breeze in our fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances and a dedicated coffee bar.
For convenience, you`ll find a spa-inspired half-bath off the dining area and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The home is equipped with super-fast 1-gigabyte Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
The Bedrooms: Upstairs, discover four spacious suites, each located in the four corners of the home for maximum privacy. Every suite boasts:

We loved our stay at the Estates. The condo was perfect, each kid had their own room and bathroom. The common area was spacious as well. The location was perfect. A mile from HEB and lots of restaurants. Close to campus and Kyle Field.

Overall the house was as described and the layout was good for larger groups. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The garage was the only way in and out so leaving was an issue as we didn't have a garage door opener and had to close and run out. If there is a better way we weren't told or did t see any other option. One of the dining room chairs collapsed when used. I messaged the owner but never got a reply which was disappointing. Also one eof the tubs didnt drain. Overall for the price this experience should have been better.
