Upstairs is a spacious loft area that doubles as a second living area or perfect hang out spot for kids with a Flat screen TV, DVD, games and books plus sleeping area with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds (4 full size beds total) plus a queen futon sleeper. Brand new beds and mattresses. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with glass shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Complex has underground heated parking, indoor pool and hot tub. There is one reserved parking space provided in the heated garage and one additional first come parking space outside building. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Building has a spacious outdoor central courtyard with plenty of tables and seating for a quiet outdoor garden area in the summer to read, enjoy a meal or relax.
