House Rules & Requirements
• Minimum age: 25+ to book (children welcome with parents)
• Max: 10 Guests / 3 Vehicles
• No pets, no smoking, no frat/party groups
• Hot tub use: Guests 25+ only, at your own risk
• Fireplace available Oct–Mar (closed Apr–Sep like all local cabins)
• Bears & critters live here — practice safety and use provided bear-proof trash bins
Important Notes
• Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM sharp ($50/hr fee for early/late)
• No refunds for weather, power outages, or natural events (travel insurance recommended)
• Starter Pack Provided: dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponge, & K-cups (Not Provided: shampoo, toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, charcoal, etc.)
• Trash disposal: bag all trash & secure in bear-proof containers by driveway
• Roads: paved all the way; AWD/4WD may be needed in rare snow scenario

It was perfect for the group we had. We were in town for the church of God Kidfest and the sleeping arrangements were perfect!

Pros: Great location. Great level parking. Great communication with owner. Cons: needs some maintenance (lots missing tiles on the stairs and kitchen area). VERY little water pressure up stairs in the master shower.Overall it’s a nice cabin.

Cabin was super cozy…clean…great parking…location was excellent.Cabin had everything we needed for a week long getaway, hosts were amazing, they checked in throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable.
