Welcome to Shades Of Summer! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2nd-floor condo is located in the prestigious community of Lakewood National.
Upon entering the condo, you will find a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a screened-in outdoor space by the front door, that has an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six or more five comfortably. The living room is spacious, with two plush leather couches and a set of sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has barstool setting for 3, and all stainless-steel appliances. The first dining table has gorgeous views of the lake and can accommodate up to four six or more comfortably. The patio boasts expansive views of the lake and has outdoor seating for two. The second dining table can accommodate up to six or more.
The master suite awaits! This room has a king-size bed and is the perfect space to unwind after a long day of adventures. The attached master bath boasts a dual vanity and has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and has plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, with plenty of dresser space.

Guests do not have access to the garage.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Vehicles with commercial names, information, or any kind of advertising are not allowed to be parked on the driveways or streets overnight.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day you check in, Lakewood National amenities may not be available until 2:00 PM on the day after your arrival due to HOA processing requirements. Unfortunately, this process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.

The communication with the managing agent was not great. We got a message that we needed to give a carpet cleaning company access after day 2 (clearly from previous stay) and requested an alternative day to the one suggested and never heard back.

Shades of Summer was an excellent property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had anything you could ask for. The Gulf Coast team quickly answered any questions we had and were very helpful. The golf courses and other facilities was great. We would definitely stay here again. Also would use Gulf Coast again.

The overall stay was mixed. First the property manager did not contact the resort community, thus we not able to use the amenities for the first two days. We did receive a very small refund but it did not make up for this issue. The house was clean a decorated well, however the house smelled like old fish. We used 6 cans of air fresheners but it never got rid of the smell entirely. Lastly there was a hole in the ceiling of the entry way which made a lot of noise when the wind was blowing. Overall the community was excellent. The amenities were great!
