Also, for the guest convenience the condo is equipped with smart locks on the front door the condo also offers a separate storage room perfect to keep your bicycles, golf equipment, or anything you don't want to store inside the condo. A membership transfer fee of $214 will apply to the rental if the guests want to access amenities which also includes a golf membership, for the entire length of your stay. You will need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play The rates for a regular non-member are currently $150 in season, and $75 off season.
The community amenities will include a beautiful clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more is coming up! The condo at Lakewood National was well appointed with all necessities and very clean. The view and location within the condo community was wonderful as well. Communication with the manager was simple. We have already reserved our stay for next year! Lakewood National gets to be very crowded with renters causing inabilities to secure tee times. The owners seem to have mixed feelings about renters being there.
