About this house rental
Located 35 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend your holidays in a sunny, idyllic and quiet setting.
The beautiful, completely private swimming pool makes this wonderful house a first-class asset. The beaches are about 8 minutes away by car, 5 golf courses nearby max. 10 minutes by car, bike rides or walks along the sea and the canal, padel, tennis, aquatic activities and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French, English restaurants...). In short, have an enchanting stay in this magnificent region.
Description of this magnificent recently renovated house
House renovated in 2023 with its private swimming pool also renovated:
3 bedroom (6 people maximum)
2 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath),
2 toilets

Fully equipped kitchen: electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, percolator, toaster, juicer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
3 sunny terraces (one very large near the swimming pool with outdoor dining room, deckchairs etc..., one on the 1st floor and a solarium also with deckchairs).
Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room.

In addition to the private swimming pool you can access via a secure path inside the urbanization a very large community swimming pool 40m from the house.
Cleaning (included in the total price) includes bed linen and bath towels. Beds are made upon your arrival.

Less than 4 minutes by car you will find the La Fuente shopping center with Aldi and Mercadona and 25 restaurants open all year round.
Less than ten minutes by car you will find the Zenia Boulevard shopping center (Orihuela Costa), which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by American Open Malls, you will find fashion, telephone, DIY, household appliances stores, restaurants (35), bars, a hypermarket, areas for children, playground, bowling alley etc...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday (Sunday 35 times per year) from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the cinema and the leisure and catering area which remain open later).

The popular Mar Menor region is around 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is well known for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 21° in winter.

We have just came back from a week at this villa it was absolutely wonderful beautiful place very clean and everything you need lovely swimming pool. I would recommend hiring a car. The residents are all really lovely and friendly.Vincent was very quick at getting back to me with details and mark was fantastic will definitely be visiting again

Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it!

Lovely villa. Very clean with great size pool and sun loungers for all. Easy to check in and out.
Friendly and helpful neighbours but could be an issue the general area if you make noise at night as a mixture of holiday homes and local residents
