5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be pre-purchased. You will receive a link via email. (limit 2).

This condo was just as described! It was clean, had everything we needed, the view was perfect, communication was great. It was accommodating for 2 families with 4 kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms. We had a family of 7 staying in the condo and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was very nice and had a restaurant and bar. The food was delicious! Our only complaint during the entire stay would be the elevators. There was long wait times to use the elevators during peak times of the day of people going to and from the beach. Highly recommend,
