BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was great! The only thing I wish we would’ve had was salt and pepper shakers and filters for the specific coffee pot. The description only says Keurig. It needs to say Keurig with k cups plus a full coffee pot maker. We ended up bringing our own coffee pot because we had multiple people drinking coffee and wanted a whole pot. If we would’ve know the condo had a full pot we would not have had to pack that. Otherwise everything was great, we had a wonderful experience!

We had a great trip despite Tropical Storm Arthur! We enjoyed the condo. It was very well decorated and clean!
We were unable to use the stove as a previous guest left food on the oven racks and it smoked up the kitchen when we were preheating. Also, the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes and most had to be rewashed by hand. Small issues that we were able to navigate. We will probably rebook for next year!

Loved this place, it was perfect! The balcony was right above the pool with the slides, easy access by elevators down to the pools & beach & the wait for the elevators is not long because they have so many!. Easy access to parking close to condo. The beds were all very comfortable! The garbage disposal smelled when we first got there but called & they immediately came out and reset it and they smell went away quickly! Very prompt on service when there's a problem. Will come again next year!

Everything was amazing and just as listed. Clean, great view, easy access from 6th floor parking garage. Beautiful view! Lovely beach decor.
