Located 5 minutes from Tanger outlets and less than 20 minutes from downtown Savannah!
We also strive for the highest levels of cleanliness in this home. Whether it's for leisure or corporate travel, both long and short term travelers are welcome!
The Space:
You’ll be staying in your own 2000 square-foot, fully-furnished home away from home including:
- WiFi
- Smart TV (cable TV available by inquiry for additional cost)
- All utilities
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Designated workspace
- Coffee and Tea station
- Outdoor seating area
- Charcoal grill
- Washer and dryer
If there is a particular amenity that you are interested in but don't see on the listing such as a pack and play or high chair. Please inquire and one can be made available.
We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, door knobs, etc. with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was such a clean and cozy home. Our dogs loved running around the backyard and it was so peaceful to sit in the backyard! We had everything we needed during our stay! Plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Perfect spot. Close to Jim Triplett community park, restaurants and everything a traveler would need. Hope to come back again soon.

House was great but outdoor area was not anything like the pictures in the listing. Grill was filthy and unusable.
