Built in 2011, completely refurnished and refreshed in 2025. This house is great for a large family or 2 small families.
Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and 1 queen air mattress. The air mattress is best saved for kids
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck with deck chairs and beach views. Downstairs has a large Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, a hot tub, patio putting green and a deck swing. The garage has been converted into a large game room that features ping pong, foosball, darts and more! The backyard has a fire pit with seating and gorgeous decorative lighting
INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings
KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a twelve-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware, flatware, margarita glasses and wine glasses.
Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans, k-cups and tea
LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 8 beach towels
Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent. If you are staying more than three days you may need to purchase more of these extras!
Parking: Driveway (up to 4 vehicles, NO RVs). 1 covered, locked garage
GENERAL: High-Speed WiFi, 4 pm check-in, 10 am check-out
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins & late check-outs! However, if we have guests staying the night before or after your stay, we will not be able to offer an early check-in (guests the night before) or late check-out (guests the night after) so that we can clean our home for your stay

It was an amazing experience. We had a really relaxing time.Everything was great, and we didn't have any "bad surprises". You have exactly all details listed on line. Plus, if you take some time to read the house's guidebook and follow the instructions, you definitely can get your time without difficulties. Everything is in there.Our two toddlers enjoyed every minute here. Kiddos have a lot of fun and things to do inside and outside. Family-friendly? For sure it is!Communication with host was fluid and gentle. Really nice people.100% recommended!

The location and beach house was nice but it came with some uninvited guest. We had several encounters with cockroachs even after we sprayed the whole house with bug spray. On day four we decided to cut the trip short, messaged the host(no response), packed our bags, cleaned up and left. We still haven't heard from the host to at least refund our security deposit and texted and called the same number I used before our stay. We're currently waiting on a response from Dave and our security deposit.
