You will have access to the entire cabin, driveway and yard (including a private outdoor firepit).

Booking Requirements:
Booking Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age
*Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

*2026 Potential winter guests (as of 2/8/26) - Currently our exterior mudroom door is stuck shut due to heaving beneath the door. There is still access to the entire cabin through the front door, but the mudroom cannot be accessed from the exterior at this time. This will resolve once temperatures are consistently above freezing.

*BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS*

All bedrooms (and loft) are beautifully curated for your comfort, so you can wake up refreshed to take on the exciting (or relaxing) day ahead.

Both bedrooms are located on the main level and each have a queen bed. One bedroom has a 40" TV as well as a small desk area in case you need to do a little work.

The bathrooms are also beautifully curated for your comfort and convenience. The main level bathroom is stocked with all your showering necessities and is next to a bedroom.


*KITCHEN & DINING*

The extra wide galley style kitchen and dining area that flows into the living room, allows guests to comfortably host and gather for meals. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, utensils and appliances you'll need to cook delicious meals. The dining table can seat up to six and there are two additional folding chairs on site.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a relaxing and cozy space to unwind, featuring a 50" TV, gas stove fireplace and sleeper sofa.

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
- Street in front of the house
- Entrance to the property
- Front Lawn
- Parking space
Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces


Cozy Blue Caribou has a few quirks that make your stay unique. Here are a few to note before you book:

Ladder: getting up to the loft requires going up and down a ladder (it has a railing and larger steps, however it is steep). Guests who use the ladder accessing the loft do so at their own risk.

Locks: charming hook latches are used as locks for both bedroom barn doors as well as the half bathroom door in the loft. The main level bathroom has a normal locking doorknob.

Cozy Blue Caribou is most comfortable for 6 adults but can easily accommodate 8 guests.

Direct Booking Guests:
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
