Nestled just off Ski Hill Road, opposite the North Shore Winery, and adjacent to the Superior National Golf Course, this townhouse boasts great views of Lake Superior. You'll have the pleasure of enjoying two gas fireplaces, a spacious dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Freshly renovated lower level with a high-quality queen sleeper sofa, smartTV, desk/chair. Perfect for a couple, kid movie/play zone or just extra hang-out space. In-floor heating keeps it comfy.
For outdoor enthusiasts, this location is amazing. Numerous options skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling right at your doorstep. The layout of four bedrooms (4th bed is brand new, pull out sofa on lower level) and three bathrooms (main and 2nd floor) spread across three levels provides comfortable and relaxing spaces for everyone to unwind.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and excellent cell service. The living room and the lower level feature Smart TVs for your entertainment needs.
Convenient shopping for groceries, bait/lure, clothing, gifts and more can be found in downtown Lutsen at Clearview General Store. There's Fika coffee, bank, post office, laundromat and a liquor store as well.

This property has always been a favorite of ours (3rd visit), with a great view, amenities and location central to a lot of areas we're interested in visiting. Everything is in great shape. This trip we were notified the air conditioning wasn't working and the owner was willing to give us a full refund if desired. The weather worked so we didn't do that but appreciated the offer. They have always been great to work with!
