This first-floor spacious condo sits on a beautiful lawn with private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and beach.
Walk into this one-of-a-kind large ground floor three-bedroom unit. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of room to whip up a local seafood dish. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living space with sectional sofa and flat screen TV. Enjoy a meal around the dining table with seating for six or enjoy the breakfast bar seating for three. Natural light flows into the large main bedroom with balcony access featuring a king-size bed. The en-suite main bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower. Second bedroom has two double-size beds and a twin bunk bed along with flat screen tv. The hallway bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has balcony access with a queen-size bed en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The private balcony showcases the white sandy beaches and overlook the outdoor pool area.

Four Seasons is located in the heart of Orange Beach. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, COASTAL, and The Gulf. It is directly across from Cottons and Sunliner Diner. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone Alabama or City Donuts for a sweet treat. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more.
Guest Access:
Four Seasons does require parking passes...........each unit is allowed 2 parking passes EXCEPT for Memorial Day week and 4th of July week.........then they are limited to 1. The complex charges $53/parking pass. Your parking pass/passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
- For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

Beautiful condo! The perfect location! We loved being on the ground floor! Close to the pool, close to the pier! Could not have been better!! Already booked for next year!!!
