About this apartment rental

Summary:

Located just a 5 minute walk from Norwich’s vibrant city centre, No. 82 is a beautiful first floor flat in a Grade II listed property. Renovated and decorated to a high standard throughout, this 1 bedroom flat is perfect for couples, work trips or small family breaks.



The Space:

Living Room - The lounge has everything you need to relax; the comfy sofa with throws, smart TV and a table for 2 to dine at. There is free wi-fi too.



Kitchen - The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven with grill, electric hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.



Bedroom - Sleeping 2 people, the bedroom has a new king size bed with pocket sprung mattress, small smart TV and plenty of storage space for your stay.



Bathroom - A modern bathroom with dual headed shower.



Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots as these are not provided.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to their stay.



Parking is available to the rear of the property from Friday 3pm until Monday 8.30am only and for a charge of £10 per day. This must be booked with us prior to arrival. Outside of these hours, we recommend using the long stay St Andrew's car park which is a 5 minute walk away.



An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out by 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.



Please note this is a no smoking property.



Due to the central location of the property there is a potential for noise.

The apartment was brilliant, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only compendium we have sighted in our 3 month trip, was a wealth of information. Brilliant location in the heart of Norwich. Property management super responsive and helpful, highly recommend.

We had four nights here, the location is excellent and the flat well equipped. Norwich truly is a fine city and even after years of visiting the city have lots yet to discover here.

Excellent location to Norwich center, quiet neighborhood, clean and cozy flat, washer and dryer worked splendid, comfortable bed. No parking available on the premise so need to pay for lot parking.
