About this house rental
House of 75 m² located in a quiet area near the sea in St Jacques en Sarzeau.
The ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa and two armchairs overlooking the garden
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher open to the living room
- A shower, separate toilet
The floor:
- Two bedrooms with a 140 bed and a dresser
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 double bed 140 + 1 bed 80
- A bathroom with bath/wc
NB: beds are equipped with duvets.
Outside:
- An enclosed garden of about 500 m² with a terrace equipped with an electric awning, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue
- Parking in front of the house
A garage is at your disposal to store bicycles.
