About this house rental
Ideally located in the national forest near the beach 1km (10min walk) or by bike (cycle path).
The house has an area of 115 m² and is spacious, decorated and equipped with care.
Close to the city center, you can get there on foot or by taking the cycle path. Many shops are open from April to October. At the rock, 1km away, you have 2 restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, souvenir shops. .
Its enclosed garden of 500m2 and its garden furniture await you for your relaxation on your return from the beach.
It is a house that breathes holidays, the ocean, life in the open air! Children and adults will find all the comforts to spend a great holiday.
The house is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric oven, an induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
- a large living room with a flat-screen TV, Hi-Fi system, 2 sofas, two armchairs, coffee table and a small play area, relaxation for children.
- a living-dining room with a table for 12 people (extensions), chairs and furniture to store crockery.
- a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200
- a bedroom on the mezzanine: 2 beds 90 x 200
- a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub
- a bathroom with sink and shower
- two separate toilets
- a storage room of 12m2 to store your beach belongings. with a 2nd refrigerator.
Upstairs:
- a children's office area
- a bedroom with 4 bunk beds
- a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200
- a bedroom with a double bed 140x 200
We have thought of young children and provide you with free of charge: travel cot, high chair, bed rail, booster seat
For weekend rentals: possibility to do the inventory of fixtures at the end of the afternoon. (at no extra cost)

Pier the house of the marsh - Longeville: discover the Poitevin marshes by boat or canoe

We have enjoyed another holiday in Longeville. We were a group of 8 (2 families of 4), including teens (age 15 & 17) and young adults (both age 20). In our opinion, although the property provides plenty of space, the accommodation is more suited to young families/small adult groups (6). There are 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine in the entrance hall which has twin beds and does not offer any privacy. The bunk beds in the quad room are not suitable for teens and young adults, if they are tall! There is a living room which provides a play space and toys for young children, as well as a selection of family board games. There is plenty of outside space to enjoy and the property is located within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants/bars. The property manager was very helpful and communication with her and the host was very good.
