Bridges of the Brazos is located on the top floor of the Behrens Loft building in downtown Waco, offering incredible access to the city’s most popular destinations. You’ll be within walking distance of Magnolia Market, downtown restaurants, and local shops, while also being just a short walk to McLane Stadium and Foster Pavilion. With views stretching across the Brazos River, this location gives you a true sense of Waco from above.
The Condo
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a spacious, comfortable layout designed for both relaxation and connection. The open living space is filled with natural light and features an industrial luxury style with modern finishes and clean lines throughout. Large windows showcase sweeping views of the Brazos River, the historic bridges, and Baylor’s most recognizable landmarks.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals and gathering, while the living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort, making it a great option for families, couples, or small groups traveling together.
About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts combine historic character with modern living in a well-known downtown building. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear normal city activity during their stay.
Guest will have access to entire condo except for one locked supply closet.
Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Feel free to unload at the back of the building before parking.
The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Bedroom TV's are 32". Living room is 75".
Wifi download speed 825Mbps. Upload 52 Mbps.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newlyweds.

We were so comfortable during our stay in Waco! The condo was perfect for the two of us and our three adult kids. Our youngest daughter rides in a wheelchair, which can be tricky sometimes, when you haven’t been to a place, but there was a ramp into the building in the back and an elevator. The day bed in the main area was perfect for her. Well appointed kitchen. Large dining room table. Nice couch and arm chairs. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Wonderful view of the city. Super comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and three of them. Very responsive and kind service from Sarah, our host. Will love to come back!

Perfect spot for a weekend with family. The loft is great. Very comfortable with easy access to anything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing property! Very modern, clean, and exactly like advertised. The location was perfect for our girls trip hanging out in the downtown area. We will definitely be back.
