About this apartment rental
Incredibly nice ground floor apartment ready for 4 guests right in beach front!
The location of this fantastic apartment is probably the best in Fuengirola, with the river ”Rio de Fuengirola” in the backyard and the old Arabian castle ”Castillo Sohail”, with lots of regularly musical and cultural events, as the nearest neighbor. The famous 7 km long Fuengirola beach promenade is just in front of the apartment. All amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within a few minutes’ walk.
The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a bright and cozy living/dining room with direct access to a large 16 m2 south facing terrace with stunning views over the Mediterranean ocean and the beach promenade.
The well-maintained complex offers a lovely matured garden with green lawns and tropical trees and flowers, and a large community pool, open all year round.
There is a private exit from the enclosed garden, directly to the beach – In just a minute you can be in the blue sea of the Mediterranean ocean.
The entire apartment as well as the terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price.

The famous shopping center “Miramar” is only a 10 minutes walk from the apartment and with the more than 160 stores, including the most prominent Spanish fashion brands like Massimo Dutti, Oysho and Zara,· a Carrefour hypermarket, 12 cinemas and many international restaurants and cafés to suit any taste.
Beach promenade
The Paseo Marítimo promenade is one of the longest promenades in Spain. Lined with shady palm trees and with a dedicated cycling lane in the middle, it spans 7 km along most of the town’s coastline, with the Mediterranean seascapes constantly in sight.
This is a beach where the whole family can have fun. Boats, waterskis and jetskis can be rented. There is even a beach football setup, complete with goalposts. Whether as player or a spectator, the football adds to the lively, family atmosphere. Volleyball is another option on this lively beach. You can also try snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing and sailing or try your luck at fishing. All of these amenities with 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Both day and night life on this promenade is a great experience with lots of fun.

Had a wonderful week at this property 2-9th September, Very clean - fantastic location just across from the beach and a lovely walk to all shops and restaurants. The gardens and pool are lovely and well kept. Very well equipped - plenty of plates and glasses etc and the shower really powerful and beds comfy. Highly recommend
