This is a fabulous place for a single or a couple maybe a couple with a small child. Terrific location and view. It is clean and neat and the communication with the owner and rental team was great. If you are looking for a fancy place look elsewhere--if you want a clean place without all the frills as a home base where you pretty much will sleep there and be out during the day that is clean and you can walk to the Salty Dog, have easy access to the beach and the Sea Pines trails and trolley system. You could cook in the kitchen but it is not very big. There is an apartment sized laundry center in house as well. Think a 3 star hotel large suite with a comfy king bed and a great view and patio and QUIET. Plus some beach chairs and an umbrella available. Priced right.

Great location with easy South Beach access - very nice unit - clean and comfortable - would like some updating (kitchen & bathroom) but not a big deal. Would stay again!
