Liked the location of the property in relation to the Salty Dog and the beach and the inlet.
Living Room very nice and bedrooms good. Found the kitchen a little small but definitely workable.
The AC seemed to always be cooler in the Living room than in the bedrooms.
Had to use the fan, which was helpful. Master bed is probably ready for an upgrade but not too bad

The location surrounded in the beautiful trees and remote beaches. Very peaceful no commercial properties nearby. Very active area of course a block down. Tennis balls in the music playing at night from salty dog. But we didn’t mind.
Heated Swimming pools and hot tubs are available at most resorts for outdoor use during this time of year. The ocean is too cold to swim in, but still warm enough to lay out on the beach. Having a pool or hot tub to get warm in on the colder days would be great. There was no exercise room and no complementary tennis courts.
