This stunning 7th floor direct beachfront property is located on beautiful no-drive beach and is only 20 minutes from the Daytona Speedway and 90 minutes from Orlando and Disney attractions. The unit has two well appointed bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed & cable TV with a panoramic ocean view.
Open the sliding glass doors to the gentle ocean breezes that will lull you to sleep at night or step out onto the balcony and watch the moonrise over the ocean. The master bedroom comes with a full bath and an extra large walk in closet.
The 2nd bedroom is decorated in a nautical theme. It is furnished with two double beds. It has an extra large walk in closet with a roll away bed provided for an extra guest.
Extra linen is provided for both bedrooms along with plenty of towels and washcloths for the two bathrooms. Second bathroom has large walk in shower.
Remodeled kitchen is completely equipped, just like home, with all the following:
Microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots/pans and dishes, etc. is included.
Dining room table seats four additionally there is a kitchen counter with 3 bar stools for additional eating space.
Living room is tastefully decorated with sofa, 3 recliners, and a entertainment center with cable TV (Flat Screen)& DVD . It has sliding glass doors that access the balcony and ocean views.
Unit is comfortably furnished and has been recently redecorated.
There are ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms.
From the comfort of the balcony, enjoy watching the pelicans fly by or sit in the tall patio chairs and watch the sunrise over the ocean.
You might even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or sea turtles nesting nearby!
For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is located just outside the front door in a separate locked storage room, just for your personal use.
The unit has Wi Fi & phones with free long distance in U.S. and Canada.

I’ve been coming to Ormond Beach for 40 years, so I know the location and beach is great here. This condo has a great view facing the ocean and the building itself is wonderful. While the condo is nice enough for a family with kids, we wish there was some better organization of closets, drawers, cupboards and such. For example, there is a lot of expired food in the fridge and pantry. There are a lot of old toiletries and other supplies in different locations around the condo, lots of extra pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, etc - but some are really worn and should just be thrown out or donated. Cleaning out what is there and making sure just the necessities would make it easier to find and use things. While the place is as mostly clean, it could use a deep clean to get it back to the shape I’m sure it can be in. Overall, the place is nice - especially for families, but again I’d like to see some organization, clutter removal and a deep clean before I’d stay again. Owners were great, and I don’t want to say anything negative - but taking a weekend to get it back in shape would go a long way.

Unobstructed ocean view. Wide balcony with comfortable seating. Condo was spacious and comfortable, great location and the designated garage parking space a plus. We would stay there again.

This condo was right on Ormond Beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just 7 steps to the ocean from the pool area. The pool was a nice 8.6 feet in the deep end. The condo had everything you could need - beach chairs, blender, towels, linen, etc. There was a Publix within walking distance and nice restaurants in the area with the owner having a booklet with menus of some area restaurants. The only down side which was why we gave 3 instead of 5 stars was the bed was very uncomfortable in the master suite and there was renovations going on during the weekday which we heard drilling, hammering and such. It would have been nice for the owner to let us know that renovations was on-going so we could decide to stay or select another location. Overall, it was a nice place and the communication with the owner was great.
