We had a wonderful stay of four weeks at Oceanside 804, it was a great home away from home. We found everything to be true to the photos, well organized, well stocked, and clean. Staying for such an extended period, we made great use of the kitchen and found it to have everything that we needed - plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils - even storage containers for leftovers. A few things we found that we were not expecting: The unit has a lot of storage and a large supply of games, cards, puzzles, and beach-gear! We brought our own so didn't wind up using much of it, but it's really nice that the hosts have it available! We had inquired about beach gear, and the rental company told us none was provided, but there was quite a bit in the laundry closet.A few negatives that I'll call out just for the sake of passing along to the owners and other renters - note again that we had a wonderful time and really have no complaints. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit softer than we prefer, but we got used to it and were not uncomfortable. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom is VERY soft, not worn out, just a very soft foam mattress. The living room furniture gets a bit uncomfortable after a while and could use new foam in the cushions and a deep cleaning. The floors could also use a deep cleaning. Lastly, the ice maker can be a bit frustrating if you accidently turn it off (we did twice). If it's not making ice then it's probably just turned off, not broken.

Great views and very spacious. Sunrise was amazing, completely unobstructed across the ocean horizon. Very quiet due to being more residential area away from the Daytona Beach crowds. Would stay here again.
