Duplex Los Tinos II 34 is a beautiful accommodation for 2 with a large private terrace, and access to a communal swimming pool, located in the quiet residential complex of Sonnenland, in the south of Gran Canaria.
This holiday home's ground floor offers a spacious living room with dining area, a comfortable sofa, high-speed internet, Smart TV and a small bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils you may need for a comfortable stay.
The best part is its private terrace with lots of space, with an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals al fresco, chill out at the semicovered area or sunbathe.
On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a minimalist master bedroom with a double bed and a wonderful walk in dresser that provides plenty of space, perfect for long stays!.
This area of the island is blessed with endless hours of sunshine throughout the year!

The Sonnenland residential area offers many facilities: supermarkets, pharmacy or restaurant are just a few meters away on foot. Just a few minutes by car is Holiday World, a fantastic amusement park with a wide variety of cuisine and entertainment. The beaches of Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles are only 5 minutes away by car. Both the Gran Canaria airport and the beaches of Mogán or Puerto Rico are about a 20-minute drive from the duplex.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
One dog is allowed paying a 100€ fee per stay
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Can’t fault Carlos’ hosting, always very responsive and allowed us a later checkout on leaving day which was very helpful with a later flight.The apartment is spotless, quiet and safe, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable.My only negative comment would be around the outside space, which I agree with previous guests, it would be stunning if the next door apartment didn’t have a huge tree, which blocked all of the sun from the garden and made the lounge area very dark, which is the only reason I would choose to stay somewhere else in future.

👍 Such a lovely large house. Lots of things to make a stay easy such as plenty of storage, great kitchen equipment, washer and dryer, very large comfy sofa, sun beds that go flat and are comfy to lie on front and back. The area is more residential which we liked meaning it was quieter, and the local supermarket had a great choice compared to ones nearer tourist areas we have stayed in before. The large supermercado is close too. Lots of buses nearby and I asked the company for the local.taxi contact details which they sent me so you can just call a taxi to the street. If you want to hire a car it's great as has a private drive. We will definitely stay here again. Great for a longer stay where you want some home comforts and to be able to self cater properly.
👎 The company hosting the house charge you for late check in which is a shame as the flights we get always arrive late and so you start the holiday paying 30 or 50 euros extra before you start. Wouldn't stop me coming again as the house is so lovely, but other places we have stayed haven't done this.

👍 Absolutely immaculate throughout the property, very high spec and everything you need. Stunning courtyard with sun all day and shade available while loungers and outdoor features above average standard.
👎 Property close to supermarket and a short walk to restaurants and a 25minute walk to the beach and bus stops. ( only problem a dog constantly barking all day from a nearby villa).

We had an amazing stay in this accommodation. It was very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The garden with the barbecue was fantastic. I would definately recommend it.
