Tower 4, unit 1402 ~ Calm tones and comfy family friendly furniture! 2 Master bedroom suites each with king bed, private bathroom and entry to balcony. Open spacious floor plan from kitchen to living room allows everyone to enjoy being together as well as enjoy the views. Dining area seats 6. Electric grill on the balcony for guest use. Tower 4 is 100 yards to the beach access and right next to the Lifestyle Center with restaurants, indoor pool, spa, fitness center, market and activities.
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities.
