This condo has the perfect location at Portofino with the stunning Santa Rosa Sound and Lifestyle Center Pool Deck Views and close proximity to the Lifestyle Center. This condo is located in Tower 4, on the 9th Floor. Beautifully decorated and updated with all the amenities of home.
All Two Bedroom Condos have panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows, private balconies, washer and dryer (in unit) and kitchens that are fully equipped.
Tower 4-903 has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table can host up to 6 people with 3 additional spaces at the bar. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and another full bathroom. The large sofa pulls out into another bed. A half-bath can be found off the kitchen.
Each tower has a heated pool and spa, easy access to the beach, and access to all Resort amenities including Spa, Fitness Center, Starbucks and restaurants including Coastal, and Al Fresco.
Guests also enjoy complimentary Cable TV, WiFi and covered parking.
Onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and other equipment is available.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. We had a great time at the resort. We enjoyed the pools and dining. The walk to the beach was not bad. However, the condo could use some maintenance/updates. The master bathroom handle was broken, the outdoor furniture was not good, guest mattress slumps in the middle, master mattress/bed is loud when you move, laundry half door is missing, master shower needs the old door removed or replaced. The guest outside door did not lock and would open easily on its on. Sad at the individual property for the amount we paid and expected for a resort stay.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Never have to leave the resort with food options on site. This room over looks the lifestyle center and there was a band at poolside on Friday and Saturday nights. We enjoyed it from our balcony. Room was clean and had everything needed - dish soap and toiletries too. Will go back!

Portofino is an awesome resort and property. However, this unit is clean but not well cared for. Examples would include a short door that was probably broke and replaced with a stained old curtain. The sofa has no springs left and the frying pains are devoid of any Teflon coating. The tables are scratched and honestly it is just sad. There is a missing door on the laundry room. It is clear the owners have grown complacent. We had a great time here and hopefully this will inspire the owners to remodel.
