About this villa rental
Located 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, a city of Provençal art and culture, this Provençal Villa offers an exceptional view of the Sainte Victoire mountain, which is reminiscent of Cézanne's most inspiring landscapes.
Ideally located in the heart of the hiking sites of Sainte-Victoire and 30 minutes from the creeks of the Mediterranean, it is nestled in a protected environment without vis-à-vis, on a 9-hectare plot of land composed of hundred-year-old olive trees and species of Provence.
On the garden level, with air-conditioned floor over the entire surface, a very bright double living room of 90 m² with bay windows opening onto two terraces, a fireplace area and a flat screen TV area.
A 35 m² dining room with a table that seats 12 people, opening onto a 70 m² terrace.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as the dining room with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, wok, coffee machine, ice maker.
On the mountain side, a 50 m² terrace offering an exceptional view of the Sainte-Victoire, equipped with table, seats, parasol, plancha and a Weber barbecue for outdoor meals.
You will also find on the garden level three spacious bedrooms, all with access to the 70 m² terrace, equipped with a refreshing floor:
- The 40 m² master suite has a Queen Size bed, a sofa bed, a television, a walk-in shower room with a view of the pool, as well as a separate dressing room. The whole is closed by a door to preserve the privacy of the parental space.
- A 20 m² bedroom with queen size bed, television, walk-in shower room and independent dressing room.
- A 20 m² bedroom with queen-size bed, television, independent bathroom and wardrobe.
Upstairs, air-conditioned and equipped for teleworking, you will find:
- A bedroom with an adjacent desk, equipped with a king size bed and a sofa in the office.
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x180 bed, with television.
- A spacious shower room with a view of the Sainte-Victoire.
In the basement, you will find a games room equipped with a pool table, table football, darts and various board games.
About the exterior
The pool and spa area, out of sight, enjoys a breathtaking view of the Sainte-Victoire. It includes a spacious 45 m² pergola, open to the pool, equipped with a bar, a refrigerator, a ping-pong table, an outdoor shower and all the necessary furniture for sunbathing.
Holidaymakers can enjoy a 13 x 6 m heated swimming pool, a fully equipped spa for 6 people, as well as an authentic bowling alley. The pool and spa are maintained twice a week.

One of the best property we have ever rented. The lay out of the house is better than it is described , with so many areas to hang out , well equipped and full of light . The outdoors are vast with beautiful views from every direction, delightful swimming pool/ jacuzzi . Nature all around, quiet except for singing birds in the morning and deers passing by the woods . We loved hiking all around with so many trails available just a few miles away. Recommand the prieure trail, the pic des mouches , market and medieval town at Trets, or visit of the little village Puyloubier where you can get your bread , have a drink at the winery and see one art exhibit at the old Mill. Very family friendly. And Damien was excellent , flexible and very prompt to answer our questions . We Highly recommend La Bugadiere .
