About this house rental
Modern Provençal villa designed for peaceful family stays, up to 8 adults and 6 children. Swimming pool and large garden. The villa is on the edge of the forest, in the beautiful village of La Verdière in the heart of the Haut Var, in the Verdon regional park.
Very pleasant and friendly accommodation, summer and winter. Large shaded terrace/summer kitchen.
Beautiful swimming pool (4 by 8 meters) with exotic wood terrace, large garden and nice view.
Table football and bicycles.
The kitchen is very well equipped, the lunch area spacious, with a view of the pool.
Upstairs, each room has its own color.
The bedding is excellent.
The house is not fully air-conditioned.
First floor: modern and very well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, WC.
1st: 4 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom + WC and 3 with shower + sink. WC. New bedding (140X190). Fans.
Under the roof, dormitory for the delight of children with air conditioning: 6 beds, library, playroom, bathroom. WC
Deckchairs and large parasol. Aperitif area under the arbour. Small vegetable garden and aromatic herbs.
Outdoor table football. Bicycles available.

Pets are allowed on request (especially as the grounds are not fenced) and subject to certain conditions and rules of cleanliness.

- Please leave the premises tidy and relatively clean (especially clean kitchen and sanitary facilities, dishes done, barbecue, empty bins, furniture put back in place).
