Stay like a Champion in this centrally-located home. Two short blocks to Howard Park or the Saint Joseph River. A mile from Downtown and an easy 1.5 mile walk to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to the action but located in a residential area that provides options for entertainment and a comfortable place to land at the end of the day.

Entertainment abounds with 2 separate gathering areas each adorned with it's own large screen TV and a sectional sofa! These areas provide an excellent space for those wanting to relax and watch some TV, or enjoy a comfortable cozy nook to unwind with a good book, or good conversation. For those wanting some friendly competition, a foosball table awaits competitors!

Came down for the weekend to visit a friend and check out Art Beat. Great place to stay and walking distance to the festival. Note: the bathroom in the basement is connected to the bedroom but doesn't have a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Not a huge deal since we had a couple stay down there but something to note when planning where to put people.

It is a beautiful home - inside and out. It was well stocked with essentials like bath towels and toilet paper. It is located in a safe neighborhood.

I haven't used a lot of VRBO, but this is by far the nicest one I have stayed in. The layout of the house is really comfortable, and it has different living spaces throughout so you won't feel like you are all forced into one room. House was well stocked with all the amenities you could possibly want.Would stay here again if I need to be back in South Bend.

Nice home in nice neighborhood. Communication with manager when we got locked out was slow and the night was cold. We did finally get the code for a key lockbox toget back in.
