Clean, fresh, and neat! Great new renovation of a 4 bedroom 2 bath home just two blocks from Notre Dame Ave. and a view of the Golden Dome! Open floor plan makes this the ideal space for hanging out with your group! Perfect location and an easy walk to Notre Dame stadium! Great bright white kitchen with granite countertops for cooking/entertaining . Two fully renovated bathrooms with carrera marble/tile. Off-street parking 5-6 cars. Large backyard for relaxing after a wonderful victory!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was super clean and fully stocked with anything we needed. It was a short walk to campus which was perfectly convenient for our 20th ND reunion. The hosts were so accessible (for very minor questions) and we were very appreciative of their easy communication and hospitality. I’d recommend this property to anyone coming to South Bend for a special event or to visit friends and family.

Property was just as pictured and listed. Beautiful and super close to the university snd restaurants. We easily walked and explored the area. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood. If we were to ever come back I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to my family. Thank you again Clyde!
