• Maximum number of guests allowed will be 12. There is an additional charge of $25 per guest per day after 10 guests due to extra linen and cleaning required.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the entry points of the home. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not have any views of interior spaces or private outdoor areas like the hot tub, ensuring your complete privacy.

Great house that's close to ND! Didn't realize how close we were until we drove back to the house & we were there so quickly! The house had everything we needed & it was like coming home after a long day!

Very nice - in a good location in South Bend if your doing a lot of traveling around town and surrounding areas.
One caution - Took my 90 year old mother on the trip. The house has a lot of steps. Was not good for her with limited mobility. Fine for the rest of us.

Having one of the full baths on the main floor, where there is no bedroom was not very practical. The upstairs had one full bath with four bedrooms, which was very impractical the stairs to the basement. We’re not as safe as they should be. There was not a railing all the way down the steps the flooring throughout was not level.
