Tupelo house near mall

House was as pictured. There was a lot of space and seating. It had a nice kitchen with a lot of dishes.Check in was very easy. The host had messaged in advance with the garage code and we had no trouble using it. There were a lot of towels and cloths available and we appreciated that.The host had put up a Christmas tree which was a very welcome surprise - especially for my kids.

The property was great. We only had two issues which were minor as we were able to work around it. There was a glass door between the den and the master bedroom. We hung a sheet over it at night. There was also no where to hang clothes in the master bedroom. Everything else was great. We were there for Thanksgiving and there was an abundance of pots/pans and very utensil imagine able. The only thing my wife wished for was an electric can opener. I am certain we will try to stay here again!

Large home with plenty of room for three of us. Well appointed.

I was shocked by the grime. If I were in the financial position of being able to lose 800 dollars, I would've just bailed and stayed somehwere else. Pros: - Fast response time from poperty manager (owner?)-Spacious-Good location, not too far from alot of amenitiesCons: - Pretty filthy. The doors on some of the bedrooms were gross, cabinet knobs were sticky, grime dripped down alot of the cabinet doors, inside of the refridgerator was dirty and had spills, alot of funk inside all of the drawers and cabinets. Just alot of grime in general. Even the head on the spin mop hanging in the garage was filthy. -Obviously actively being lived in. Kitchen cabinets were full of mismatched cookware, reusable sports water bottles, vases, etc. Most cabinets and drawers contained partially used items including opened food containers, used bars of soap, half used shampoos, medicines, etc. There was even what looked like a junk drawer in the kitchen container a lighter, scissors, loose change, certificate of authenticity for a doll, etc. There was a couple of china cabinets zip tied shut. In the garage there was a refrigerator zip tied shut (obviously this is where they moved all the food to from the house refrigerator when someone would be renting), and a very large safe. Instead of a small new bottle of dish soap and new sponge at the sink, there was a filthy, mostly used bottle of dawn and an obviously used, dirty sponge.
